What is Fertilovit® M and what are its effects?

Ingredients:
L-carnitine, L-ascorbic acid (21,1%), D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, tartaric acid, parting compound silicon dioxide, calcium carbonate, N-acetyl-L-cysteine (10,5%), glutathione (reduced), corn starch, zinc oxide, coenzyme Q10, lycopene, vegetable oil, shellac coating, pteroyl-L-glutamate, sodium selenite; colouring agent orange yellow S, capsule coating: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

How to use Fertilovit® M:
Take two Fertilovit® M capsules daily, one in the morning and one in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Swallow the capsules whole with plenty of water. It is recommended that the capsules be taken with food.
Preferably, to achieve optimal sperm health, you should start taking Fertilovit® M for at least 90 days before trying for pregnancy, as the sperm production cycle (spermatogenesis) takes 74 – 78 days. However, taking Fertilovit® M can be started at any time.
Side effects :
Normally Fertilovit® M is tolerated very well. No side effects have been described so far.
